Delivery Information
Typically items are made to order in our partner factory in Dongguan, China, which can take up to 5 business days. They are then shipped directly to you with express mail, typically UPS, DHL or Fedex, which can take between 3 – 10 days.
Some units may be in stock in other locations than China, in this case they will be shipped domestically if the delivery address is in the same country as the stocked units, resulting in a faster delivery time than stated above.
Therefore, the exact method and duration of delivery depends on your location, feel free to contact us before purchasing if you wish to know the specifics.
Warranty and Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept ordinary returns due to hygiene reasons. However, in the case that an item is defect on arrival, we do of course still offer a refund.
Privacy Policy
When you make and account or place an order, we store your customer information, such as name and shipping address, for at least 5 years, as legally required. However, we will not use your information, including e-mail address or phone number, for anything not directly related to your order. We will also never provide your information to third parties unless we are legally forced to.
